Pricing
Our minimal decor budget requirement is $3,000 (excludes weddings). That is so we can decorate to our level of aesthetics. Our budget minimums and fees reflect our craft, dedication and use of high-end props, florals, and decor. The minimum won’t get you a grand event, however it will be nice and aesthetically pleasing. No cheesy or cheap materials. Your headcount also goes into consideration. Each person is an expense because the more guests, the more tables, the more centerpieces etc. Everything is an expense, down to the fork that they eat with. Personally, we suggest at least $5,000 if you want a nice event with a large headcount. Grand events can start at $10,000 and above and those are events with heavy florals, or heavy balloons, super detailed and heavy customizations, large headcount.
Booking
Booking within our venue
Venue cost is a separate $1000
The event stylist fee is 35% of your decor budget.
Ex. $3,000 budget = $1,050 fee & $1950 used for decor
The non-refundable deposit is $250 for the venue and $750 for decor = $1,000 to lock in your date. The balance is due 21 days before your date. This is 100% non-refundable non-negotiable under any circumstances. Cancellations for any reason, forfeits your deposit. Before booking, please understand this policy. We allow rescheduling of your event date up to 21 days before the date.
Booking for an offsite venue
You choose the venue and book and pay whatever their price is.
Our event stylist fee is 40% of your decor budget. Offsite venues will incur a
U-Haul and delivery fee of $175-$250 depending on how far the venue is from your budget. The non-refundable deposit is $1,000 to lock in your date. The balance is due 21 days before your date. This is 100% non-refundable non-negotiable under any circumstances. Cancellations for any reason, forfeits your deposit. Before booking, please understand this policy. We allow rescheduling of your event date up to 21 days before the date.
Wedding Services
Wedding Stylist
$8,000 minimum budget required for WEDDING decor only. This is for only decor, setup, and breakdown of a wedding.
Our wedding stylist fee is 40% of your decor budget.
Ex. $8,000 budget = $3,200 fee & $4,800 used for decor.
To book Wedding Styling, a $2,500 deposit is required to book and a monthly payment plan must be setup for the remaining balance.
In the event of the wedding being cancelled, any fees paid are non-refundable.
Wedding Coordinator
$6,000-$25,000 wedding coordinator fee. Actual Fee depends on your overall wedding budget. This for only wedding coordination which includes vendor booking, referrals, coordination and full management of the wedding from start to finish.
To book, a 50% deposit is required and the balance is due 30 days before your date. This fee is non-refundable, non-negotiable. In the event of the wedding being cancelled, any fees paid are non-refundable.
Wedding Venue
Our venue is only suggested for smaller sized wedding ceremonies with 100 traditional style seating or 80 guests or less if doing round tables for seating.
Mon-Friday full day 9am-midnight $1,200
Saturday full day 9am-midnight $2,500
Sunday full day 9am-midnight $2,000
Security deposit required to book is $300. This is not included in the total and is refunded after the event as long as there are no incidents or cancellations. Cancelling the event will forfeit your deposit.
