Know Before Booking
Event Venue
No outside liquor is allowed in our venue. This will automatically void your deposit.
Street parking is included. Private parking is available for $250 and must be booked to use. The venue must be left in the condition rented. We dispose of trash bags at the end of the night. Any fighting, violence, heated altercations will void your deposit. Being disrespectful and hostile to staff will terminate your event with no refund.
Event Styling
Event styling payments are non-refundable. The first payments are put towards your event stylist fee. Once the fee is paid, then purchasing of decor will be done. If for any reason the date needs to be changed, we can accommodate as long as the new date is available. Deposits for Event styling cannot be transferred to another service. Ex. you cannot book decor and cancel and use that deposit for the venue or rentals.
Event Rentals
We deliver on a 1-hour window. We are not able to guarantee an exact specific delivery time. After delivery window is booked, we cannot guarantee time change accommodation if there is another booking already schedule.
Any damages to props will incur a damage fee. Any last minute bookings will be prioritized after already secured bookings.
